VENUE RENTAL
CANCELLATION: Cancellations initiated by CLIENTS are non-refundable. CLIENTS understand that by agreeing to this contract The Love & Prayer Room will miss out on other bookings and revenue opportunities.
If The Love & Prayer Room initiates the cancellation outside of an event of force majeure, all payments made to The Love & Prayer Room on behalf of CLIENTS shall be fully refunded. The Love & Prayer Room will initiate the cancellation in writing. Payments made to The Love & Prayer Room will be refunded no later than 30 days after the cancellation.
CLIENTS understand that in the event of cancellation for any reason related to force majeure, or any other reason out of The Love & Prayer Room’s control, CLIENTS shall forfeit any payments made to The Love & Prayer Room. In the event of force majeure The Love & Prayer Room will make every effort to reschedule with CLIENTS. CLIENTS understand that pursuant to a contract, The Love & Prayer Room forgoes other bookings for said date and time. CLIENTS understand that in exchange for consideration and loss of income in the event of a cancellation all payments are final, non-refundable and shall be liquidated damages to The Love & Prayer Room.
RESCHEDULING: In the event that CLIENTS need to reschedule, CLIENTS must do so in writing at least 1 week in advance of the day and time of their ceremony. All payments are final and non-refundable. The CLIENTS are also responsible for any other damages suffered to The Love & Prayer Room that result from rescheduling or cancellation. CLIENTS understand that by agreeing to a contract The Love & Prayer Room could miss out on other bookings and revenue opportunities.
If the need arises to reschedule your event date or time for any reason, The Love & Prayer Room must be notified in writing at least one week prior to the event. Ceremonies can be rescheduled for an agreed upon time no later than 2 months into the future.
In the event that the The Love & Prayer Room needs to reschedule, or find a suitable replacement, The Love & Prayer Room will do so in writing at least 1 week in advance of the day and time of CLIENTS ceremony. Cancellations not resulting from force majeure will be refunded. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Prices and services are subject to change at any time without notice. Additional fees for the rescheduling of services may apply. If the service prices, add-ons, or packages have changed after the reschedule notice, CLIENTS must choose from the new options at the time of reschedule. Moreover, the new date must be established at least one week before the date of the originally scheduled ceremony. If the date is not reestablished and the ceremony doesn’t occur within this time frame, the event will be deemed as a cancellation and our cancellation policy will take effect as outlined above.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that The Love & Prayer Room is unable to perform the services of a contract due to CLIENTS being more than 15 minutes late, late guests, non-compliance with generally accepted standards of public decorum, or other cause beyond the control of The Love & Prayer Room, the ceremony will be deemed cancelled and all payments will be forfeit.
DISPUTES: Agreements shall be governed by the laws of The State of Tennessee. Any dispute, claim, action or suit arising out of or relating to an agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. If held liable, CLIENTS shall be responsible for costs and fees of arbitration incurred by OFFICIANT.
OFFICIANT SERVICE - OFF SITE

If OFFICIANT initiates the cancellation outside of an event of force majeure, all payments made to OFFICIANT on behalf of CLIENTS shall be fully refunded. OFFICIANT will initiate the cancellation in writing. Payments made to OFFICIANT will be refunded no later than 30 days after the cancellation.
